REQUISITOS ITSE DEFENSA CIVIL RIESGO BAJO Y RIESGO MEDIO
(ANTES DENOMINADO CERTIFICADO DE DEFENSA CIVIL)
El D.S. Nº 002-2018-PCM que aprobó el Nuevo Reglamento de Inspecciones ITSE, también aprobó un documento que se utiliza para clasificar los locales objeto de inspección denominado MATRIZ DE RIESGO, que se utiliza para identificar que locales son de Riesgo Bajo y de Riesgo Medio.
De conformidad con el Art. 25º del Reglamento y el Reglamento de Inspecciones Técnicas de Seguridad aprobadas por Resolución Jefatural Nº 016-2018-CENEPRED, se establecen los siguientes requisitos:
EXPEDIENTE TÉCNICO
- FORMATO Nº 1: Solicitud de Inspección Técnica de Seguridad en Edificaciones – ITSE firmado por el propietario o representante legal.
- FORMATO Nº 2: Información proporcionada por el solicitante para la determinación del nivel de riesgo firmado por el propietario o representante legal.
- FORMATO Nº 3: Reporte del nivel de riesgo del estableciemiento objeto de inspección firmado por el propietario o representante legal.
- FORMATO Nº 4: Declaración Jurada de cumplimiento de condiciones de seguridad firmado por el propietario o representante legal.
- Pago de derecho de tramitación.
OPCIONALMENTE Y/O A CRITERIO DEL INSPECTOR DE ITSE – Durante la Inspección
- Plan de Seguridad que incluya Plano de Señalización y Evacuación así como el Cálculo de Aforo, firmado por el propietario o representante legal. Los planos deben ser firmados por profesional competente
- Constancia de mantenimiento y operatividad del sistema de detección y alarma de incendios, que incluye panel de control, detectores de humo y temperatura, pulsadores manuales, luz y sirena estroboscópica, y sirena general, (no mayor a 1 año), firmado por ingeniero electrónico o electricista.
- Constancia de mantenimiento y operatividad de extintores (no mayor a 1 año), que indique fecha de fabricación, tipo y capacidad, así como la fecha de prueba hidrostática de los balones, emitido por el proveedor.
- Constancia de medición de resistencia de cada pozo a tierra (no mayor a 8 meses), firmado por ingeniero electricista o mecánico electricista.
- Otros a criterio del Inspector de ITSE, (no mayor a 12 meses).
- Por lo expuesto se recomienda tener un expediente técnico, debido a que el Inspector de ITSE puede llevárselo para que exista antecedente así como para acreditar la distribución y el cumplimiento del equipamiento de seguridad.
